Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and responding to network alerts, notification and hardware malfunctions
- Performing regular checks on network hardware and software for monitoring purpose
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting network and system
- Implement the notification mechanism and track issues
- Managing Cloud Service, virtual equipment and CDN architecture configuration
- Configure and managing of domain name and SSL certificate
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
- Minimum one (1) year of experience
- Familiar with Networking (CCNA, MCSA, RHCE, LPIC)
- Responsibility, teamwork and strong ability to work under pressure
- Required to perform shift duty
